OshiAtlas Privacy Policy

OshiAtlas is a mobile application provided by Building Buddies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the OshiAtlas mobile application.
Information We Collect
OshiAtlas may collect information that you voluntarily provide when creating or using an account, such as your email address, username, profile information, and content you choose to post or submit within the app.
OshiAtlas may also collect approximate location information when needed to provide location-based features, such as helping users discover relevant conventions or events. OshiAtlas does not require precise location information for these features.
We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
How We Use Information
Information collected through OshiAtlas may be used to:

OshiAtlas may allow users to submit content and communicate with other users. Users are responsible for the content they submit. OshiAtlas provides mechanisms for reporting inappropriate content and/or users and for blocking users where applicable.

We do not sell users' personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate OshiAtlas, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, or other technical service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, security, or rights of OshiAtlas, its users, or others.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide OshiAtlas, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
Users who create an OshiAtlas account may request deletion of their account and associated personal information through the account-deletion functionality provided by OshiAtlas or by contacting us. Certain information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
Children's Privacy
OshiAtlas is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information associated with OshiAtlas. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-Party Services
OshiAtlas may use third-party services to provide features such as authentication, hosting, databases, analytics, event or convention information, and other app functionality. These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies.
